Place An Order
There are several options for placing an order. It's as easy as 1, 2, 3!
- Order online by clicking the PayPal "Add To Cart" button beside any item to be directed to a payment screen. PayPal is a secure way to shop using your credit card online. Items will be placed in the online shopping cart until you are ready to conclude your purchase.
- Print a copy of our printable order form to fax or mail your order. If faxing, send to: (252) 353-8008. If mailing, send to: ARTISANS, 150 Plaza Drive, Greenville, NC 27858.
- Place your order by phone. Call anytime during store hours: Monday through Saturday from 10:00 am until 6:00 pm or Sunday from 1:00 until 5:00 pm (Eastern Standard Time). (252) 353-8008.
Shipping
Merchandise will be shipped via US Postal Service or UPS, unless otherwise indicated. The following shipping charges will apply. (Some exceptions). Because our shipping rates are automated, please call if your shipping seems excessive. We may be able to adjust your rate.

Monogramming Information
A fee of $11.00 will be charged for monogramming orders containing three or fewer letters. $1.50 will be added for each additional letter. Please allow 6-7 additional days for monogramming. Monogrammed items are non-returnable. Available type styles include: Freehand Script, Athletic Block, Script, Chivalry, Block, Curlz, Three Letter Point.
